Uprzedmiotowienie pracownika czyli anty - twórcze środowisko funkcjonowania w organizacji

The main aim of the article is to answer the question: how unsatisfactory work environment, such as mobbing, can limit creative ways of employee’s adaptation. Hostile, bullying activities form anti-creative environment of organization, because they block potential and decrease employees’ self-esteem regarding occupational applicability. Permanent hostilities block creativity of mobbing victims. Reactions to lack of job satisfaction depend on categories of mobbing activities experienced by employees. Researches demonstrate that mobbed employees usually have a tendency to exit an organization. Avoiding is a conservative reaction, which doesn’t have any traits of creativity, as it does not require any innovative activities from an employee.
