Abstract
This brief overview will survey the literature and findings of the Ultimatum Game when played with adults, in a variety of countries and cultures.
Essentially, these findings challenge traditional economic orthodoxy, in showing how adults behave in ways that do not simply maximise their selfinterest,
and exercise reciprocity towards others. We will show how we have adapted this game to work with young people of different ages, playing with
others of the same age in their own country (face to face, and at a distance) and with other young people in different countries.
