Abstract

Referring to a broad philosophical and cultural background, the author of the paper examines anthropological contexts of seeing and perceiving works, including photographic works. He presents numerous approaches to comprehending reality in the various forms of its manifestation, forms that are often completely different. This is understandable, when we are dealing with art, less so, when we are dealing with science. In addition, the author takes into account the fact that the philosophy of cogitation emerged from a different tradition in the West and different in the Far East. The paper is an attempt to organize and explain these categories.
