I am an specialist in work and organizational psychology as well as positive psychology. For over a dozen years I have been conducting research on the issues of person-work and person-organization fit, as well as on the functioning of people in the work environment. I am particularly interested in the well-being of the employee, the value and sense of work in a person's life, as well as the development of a man in a professional context.

I am the author of many psychological questionnaires - for example to measure optimism, attitudes towards work and well-being in the workplace. I am also co-author of the Professional Interest Questionnaire (KZZ) created for the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and used in Polish vocational guidance.

I summarized my research interests in books: "Optimism. Psychological perspective "," Satisfaction from work in professions with social mission "(co-author)," Psychological model of well-being at work. Value and sense of work " and numerous scientific and popular articles.

I have coaching and consulting experience in the area of ​​soft skills of employees in various types of professions. Currently, I am the chairwoman of the Polish Society for Positive Psychology.
